You will learn BBQ from the award winning Ryan King. He will teach pork ribs, pork butt, chicken, and brisket. This is a 2-day class. Saturday we will have a meet and greet, Ryan will cook you dinner, and then prep the meat. Sunday you will return and he will cook and teach his methods. We will have plenty of food for everyone to take home and enjoy!
